Your written proposal
The scope, deliverables and cost of every project are agreed and written down in a proposal before work begins. Keep your proposal and your invoice number to hand: you will need them for any request about a project or a payment.
Cancelling or asking about a refund
Contact us as soon as you can, and include:
- your name and phone number;
- your invoice number;
- how you paid — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer — and the transaction reference;
- what you would like to cancel, and why.
