In these terms, “Bindu IT”, “we” and “us” mean Bindu IT, with offices in Dhaka Cantonment and Gaibandha, Bangladesh.

The information on this website describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer to provide any particular service, and it does not form part of any agreement with you.
Projects and services
When you ask us to carry out work, we discuss the requirements with you and prepare a written proposal. The scope, deliverables and cost of the project are agreed and written down before work begins, and ownership and access — covering the source files, the hosting account and the domain — are made clear at the start.
That written proposal, together with any agreement signed for the project, governs the work. Where it differs from these terms, the proposal or agreement applies.
Quotations and payments
We do not publish prices on this website. Each project is quoted individually in its written proposal.
Payments are made by the methods listed on our Payment Methods page. Please use your invoice number as the payment reference so that your payment can be matched to your account.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — its text, design, illustrations and branding — belongs to Bindu IT unless stated otherwise. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The ownership of work we produce for a client is agreed for each project, as described above.
Other websites
Our own platforms — BinduHost, our bulk SMS platform, our SMM panel and Bindu IT Institute — operate as separate websites and may have their own terms. This website also links to websites run by others. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.
Liability
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate, but it may change and it may occasionally contain errors. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, Bindu IT is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
